Our Story

We’re a family crawfish and rice farm established in 1983. The company has been operated by the 9 children who’s mother and father original had the dream to build a rice farm and to harvest high quality crawfish out of Bayou Teche in south central Louisiana. We pride ourselves on delivering the highest quality and best tasting natural crawfish that the state has to offer. With over 35 years of experience this family knows how to bring only the best to its customers and produce a product that stands above the competition.
